We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules;

✔ Strictly only guests on the booking are allowed on the property.

If other people are found on the property, all guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately and no refund will be issued.

✔ Strictly no smoking allowed. Extra cleaning fees to remove odour and stains may be applied.

✔ We operate ‘quiet hours’ from 10pm- 8am.

During these hours, please keep noise to a minimum. (Noise travels easily so please keep this in mind and be respectful to us and our neighbours).

✔ Please clear your dishes after use so as not to attract bugs. There is a dishwasher available to use.

✔ Please do not leave food in the bedroom (this can attract bugs)..

✔ Please no red wine in the bedroom.

(Red wine and bed linen are not a good mix and extra cleaning fees will be applied if this rule is ignored).

✔ We have recently added a Pool Table in the home for our guest's entertainment, alongside other games. Please return all accessories to their rightful places at the end of your stay

✔ Please do not rearrange our furniture.

✔ The pool is unfenced and unsupervised. Children need to be supervised at all times!

✔ Please ensure no running around the pool.

✔ No glass by the pool allowed

✔ Recycle bins are available, please keep recycling separated as much as possible.

A big external bin is provided for all non recyclables. Please put use bin bags in this bin to ensure the house stays fresh and doesn't attract bugs (as these will be collected during longer stays).

✔ When using the BBQ please do not throw any food stuff into the land as it attracts vermin.

✔ Lastly, please be respectful of our home and furnishings and we appreciate you keeping it neat and tidy.
